Erin is General Counsel at Modern Health. In this role, she leads the company’s legal function, advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, privacy, and strategic commercial matters. She previously spent more than a decade at Alight Solutions, where she supported global commercial functions. Erin began her career as a securities and M&A attorney at large law firms in New York City and Chicago.
