The Prelude program provides beginning level vocal instruction and literacy for first and second grade students. Through songs and games, singers will be introduced to foundational musicianship skills. Prelude is available at the Lincoln Park/DePaul and Hyde Park locations.

Tuition for Uniting Voices Chicago is offered on an income-based sliding scale, and can be paid in full or through installments. When you register, you will have the option to set up an automatic payment plan using a credit or debit card.
 

All singers must register online prior to the first rehearsal.

After Prelude

Once singers age out of Prelude, they are invited to audition for one of our 12 Neighborhood Choir programs to continue their development of musicianship. Having explored core and foundational concepts in this introductory program, singers will have all the tools they need to find success in our other after-school programs.
