For nearly 70 years, Uniting Voices Chicago has inspired and changed the lives of young people through the unifying power of music. The support of our philanthropic community is crucial to amplify our impact for years to come.
We know that our mission–to inspire and change lives through music–will only be more important as our world continues to evolve. You have the power to amplify your impact for generations of future singers when you make a legacy gift and become a part of Voice of Tomorrow, Uniting Voices’ family of supporters dedicated to ensuring life-changing musical opportunities are always available for the youth of Chicago.
No matter your stage in life, there are many ways to leave a planned gift to Uniting Voices. Planned gifts can be made through bequests in your will or trust, by naming Uniting Voices as a beneficiary of your retirement plan, or through your donor-advised fund (DAF).
Learn MoreA donor advised fund (DAF) is like a charitable giving account that you set up through a public charity, community foundation, or financial institution. You contribute money to your DAF, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants from your fund to your favorite nonprofits—now or over time. Many donors like DAFs because they allow them to plan their giving in advance, support multiple causes from one account, and even give anonymously if they choose.
If you already have a DAF, you can easily recommend a grant to support our mission. Simply log in to your DAF account, search for Uniting Voices Chicago, and follow your provider’s steps to make a gift.
Diverse communities of supporters play a key role in creating the next generation of global leaders. Our vibrant volunteer community is made up of individuals, corporate employees, singer families, social engagement groups and neighborhood organizations—all with a passion for celebrating the difference the arts can make in the life of a young person and the health of our city.
