Leadership Coach and Founder, Camille Seigle LLC
Camille Seigle is an executive and leadership coach and the founder of Camille Seigle LLC, where she partners with senior leaders and founders at companies including Salesforce, CCRM Fertility, PATH, and Variant. An ICF-PCC certified coach and certified iEQ9 Enneagram practitioner, she brings an intuitive, accountability-driven approach to leadership development spanning individual coaching, team facilitation, and organizational culture work.
Her career began in hospitality and continued at LinkedIn, where she deepened her expertise in connection, structure, and clarity before building her independent practice. She holds a B.A. from Denison University, a Postgraduate Diploma from Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, and an Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate from Northwestern University.
She is also co-author of Maternal Hope: Stories of Unseen Struggles, Unexpected Resilience, and the Untold Ways Families Are Made, born from her own experience navigating postpartum isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic and a belief that our hardest stories deserve to be told.
A committed civic leader, Camille has served on boards across Chicago's cultural and community landscape. She was a founding board member of The Joffrey Ballet's Generation J, co-chairing both the gala and the board. She served on the board of Chicago Sinai Congregation, where she also sat on the Rabbinic Search Committee, and spent six years on the board of Honeymoon Israel Foundation, serving as Development Co-Chair and supporting young couples in building meaningful Jewish lives and community.
Camille lives in Chicago with her husband and daughter, where she can often be found spending time with her family and friends, walking in the neighborhood and nurturing her mind, body and soul.
